Who we are
Space Dog Solutions SRL, based in Romania, operates this website and acts as the data controller. You can reach us at hello@spacedogsolutions.ro for anything related to your data.
What we collect
Two kinds of data: what you give us directly through the contact form (your name, email, optional phone number, the service you picked, and your message), and what website analytics records about your visit - covered in its own section below. To block form abuse we keep your IP address in server memory for up to one minute when you submit, then drop it without storing it.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to reply to your enquiry. We don't sell your information. We rely on two providers as processors: Resend delivers the form emails to us, and Google Analytics measures traffic.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-B4P692YCET) to see how many people visit and which pages work. Google sets cookies in your browser for this and records pseudonymous data: approximate location derived from your IP address (Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself), device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source. This data may be transferred to the United States under Google's contractual data protection safeguards. We run no advertising or remarketing trackers, and we don't profile you. The legal basis is your consent: analytics only starts once you accept it on the cookie bar - until then no Google code is loaded at all. You can change your decision any time from Cookie settings in the footer, or through your browser's cookie settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails as long as needed for our ongoing conversation with you, and delete them on request. Analytics event data is retained by Google according to the retention period set on our account.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of any data we hold about you, and you can object to analytics processing at any time - email hello@spacedogsolutions.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
